Not a very long game but more than worth the money if you like puzzle games, the story was interesting if a bit confusing (I'll probably end up playing again to try to sort the time-line out better) and it wasn't neccesarily "scary" at all but creepy and uncomfortable at times. Worth the wait, worth the money, worth the time.This one is easier and follow the history of the family for decades, so it feels more "adventure" than previous games. A must if you liked the others, a good choice if you like adventure games.. Feels like a old escape the room flash game and mostly plays like one too. You go around looking for objects to use on other objects and solve puzzles. The puzzles are either really easy or too overly complicated (just like an old escape the room flash game). I ended up playing all the way through and used walkthroughs on the later puzzles. 4 of the puzzles were too complex for me to waste my time on solving them, 1 I still have no idea how to reach the solution even with the walthrough, in 2 puzzles I wasn't clicking in the right spot to progress, and many of the puzzles just felt like time wasters. There were still some cool and enjoyable puzzles though.I ended up enjoying the story more than the game itself, which is why I played through the game. Although, I wouldn't recommend playing through the game just for the story.. Huge fan of the Rusty Lake series. Brings me back to the good old days of point-n-click adventure games. I'm now deep into the lore and I can't wait to see what direction the story is going. No problem at all putting down a few bucks for the new chapter.. The best Rusty Lake made so far, it made me play all Cube Escape and the previous Rusty Lake Hotel. A real evolution from the previous "escape from room" games. An atmosphere tapping into David Lynch and Cronemberg. Excellent, hoping lots more like it.. super interesting and moderately f***ed up story. loved it.
